PVC EMULSION

PVC Emulsion is a light sensitive chemical that allows you to make a permanent stencil of your design. The general idea is that you make your design image on transparency film with an opaque substance then be able to mass-produce. PVC Emulsion is highly resistant to PVC inks/Solvent based inks. Before use, sensitizer must be added and allowed to activate emulsion. Once the sensitizer has been mixed it is ready for use.

Product Description

TIPS

  1. Keep in a cool area, emulsion will break down much faster in heat.
  2. Keep the emulsion lid on tight to preserve air and light leaks.
  3. Gently mix the emulsion each time before use to help extend the life.
  4. For high volumn usage – use Hardener to extend the life of your stencil.
